Ghost Mine Ranch is a land development in Saguache County Colorado. The development consists of 52 parcels ranging in size from 35 acres to 105 acres. It is bordered on the north by La Garita Creek, to the west and south by the Rio Grande National Forest, and to the east by BLM land. The public access is by two county roads, E39 in the north and A32 in the south. There are also three private roads between A32 and E39: Meadow Lane, Elkhorn Canyon/Boulders Edge, and Wilderness Canyon.
The landowners association (LOA) is governed by a Board of Managers elected once a year at the annual members meeting. The LOA is responsible for maintaining the roads (except for CR A32) and enforcing the protective covenants. Current dues are $250 per year, except for those lots that border county maintained road A32, which have dues of $150 per year.
